biography:
synopsis:

Ye Mimi is a Taiwanese poet and filmmaker. A graduate of the MFA Film Studio Program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she is the author of two volumes of poetry, most recently The More Car the More Far. Many of her videos and poems are inspired by dreams, both by specific dreams she has had but also by the quirky ways in which the unconscious mind composes.

This film is about the state of moving and being moved. When people build a boat to carry themselves, when people start to walk backwards, when gods lead people to step on the Earth... is it possible that everyone becomes someone else's "far-afar" in the continous movement?
